So this Moroccan meal was pretty darned yummy! Everything made from scratch including the Pita bread (Batbout). Also here is Eggplant and Tomato Dip (Zaalouk), Morroccan Cauliflower with Olives and Lemon, Garlic Green Beans with Ras El Hanout, and Chicken Kebabs (Brochettes).
You too can learn how to make this meal, and learn about the spice palette of North Africa, to create your own dishes. Allow at least 4 hours for this class. $50 per person includes one serving of each dish. Additional servings may be purchased. Call (804) 892-7588 to schedule. Or skip all the work and let me prepare this meal for you to eat here, or take home. Pictured is dinner for two for $40 served with Moroccan Mint Tea and Meskouta Orange Cake for dessert. 24 hour notice for all orders and reservations only for dine-in.
