Chicken Taco Salad is what's cooking tonight at Willows Bend Farm Kitchen. Last night's Gyro Bowls were a hit, so none left for lunch today. There was a run on chicken salad yesterday with three dine in friends and a pint going out the door. So out of chicken salad at the moment. Sara Ellis whipped up some really good curried egg salad that also all went to happy mouths, but we will make more by lunchtime. As usual, if you don't see what you want, ask!
