Linguine with Fresh Mushrooms, Leeks, and Baby Spinach is What's Cooking Tonight at Willows Bend Farm Kitchen. Paul Schofield sold me some beautiful fresh shiitake mushrooms that will be sauteed with baby bellas, leeks, and Baby spinach with a light sauce to let the flavors shine.
The Jambalaya got all thumbs up and will be available for lunch. Orders are appreciated as early in the day as possible so we can prep same items together to get your food ready on your time schedule. There is only 2 of us and we are trying to find the best way to bring you freshly prepared, delicious food, on time.
