The Roasted Pork Loin dinner last night was delicious. If you missed it, but wanted some, let me know early so it has time to reheat-- we do not use a microwave here. (or you can take it cold and reheat yourself)
Tonight, I am showcasing Lucy's fresh salsa with Mexican Chicken (boneless thigh meat), Corn & Black Bean Salad in Sweet Pepper Boats, and Grilled Peaches for $10. Or choose Creamy Mushroom Soup with Roasted Baby Potatoes, and a Garden Salad. $10 I am featuring our Cold Plate for lunch. Choose 2 meat salads: ham, tuna chicken or curried egg, served with a scoop of my potato salad, Tomato slice and Pickle $6.75.
