Here's what's cooking at Willows Bend Farm Kitchen today. The Shrimp Cakes were amazing, but many folks who wanted to try them didn't get the chance last night, so I am whipping up another batch today. They are priced per cake (about the size of a crab cake) at $3.95 each. They sit on a bed of spring mix and come with Lemon Aioli sauce on the side. These are available at lunch today, or make a nice appetizer for tonight's London Broil with Mushrooms, Roasted Potato Wedges with fresh Rosemary, and Green Beans. You can sub in a grilled chicken breast for the beef for the same price. As always call early for dinner. London Broil takes time to marinate and I need to know how many to grill. Thanks!
