California Cobb Salad is back tonight by request, and yes, it is filling enough for dinner. Beth Knapp's Chicken & Rice with Sweet Onion and Mushroom Sauce was delicious last night, and there is still some left if you want to try it today for lunch or dinner. Both Mexican and Mediterranean style Quinoa Salads are available.
