Jambalaya

It smells pretty good in here!  I just finished a big pot of Jambalaya with chicken, Cajun smoked sausage, Andouille, shrimp, my special blend of Creole seasonings and of course onions, peppers and tomatoes and rice.  No okra in this one, but it is thick enough.  We sell this by the cup or bowl in the Emporium, or by the pint ($5.95) or quart ($10).  Best to reserve your order as it goes fast.  But no worries, we will make more if you want some!
